Cohabitation becomes more rampant among youths

Cohabitation, commonly known as “Come we stay” is the act or state of two unmarried people in a relationship dwelling together. This phenomenon has become a trend in our society. Nowadays many individuals especially youths, indulge in the practice of cohabitation without taking note of the dangers, one of which is having children out of wedlock. Also affecting the academic performance of students who indulge in such practice. Individuals have different perspectives on this issue.

This practice is condemned by the Bible as it is wrong and could lead to delay in marriage.

Despite the fact that this practice has enormous negative effects, some individuals see it as being beneficial

However, the decision of cohabiting lies in the hands of those involved. As the saying goes “as you make your bed, so shall you lie on it”.
